Corina Bakery is seeking a friendly, experienced barista and customer service representative to join our team.
Position Overview:
- Within a high energy environment, you'll be equipped to prepare specialty coffee and quick serve food items.
- Our baristas are enthusiastic about coffee and maintain a high standard of education and execution.
- You should make the customer feel welcome and important at all times.
- Baristas and customer service representatives are responsible for normal shift side work such as expo and point of sale operations.
- Hourly wage does not included tips.
Barista Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service in a clean and welcoming environment.
- Discuss the drink menu with customers and answer questions.
- Preparation of drinks according to in-house recipes.
- Track inventory and assist in placing orders.
- Clean and maintain all equipment, and access repair needs.
- Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures.
- Expand knowledge and participate in staff education opportunities.
- Need to have open availability, including weekends; Non-Negotiable!
